Dr. Jaijit Bhattacharya and Dr. Prabhakaran Paleri will talk on India’s Agenda For The Quad

Dr Jaijit Bhattacharya is a noted expert in Governance & Societal Transformation leveraging technology. He is President of the Centre for Digital Economy Policy Research and CEO of the cutting edge Fintech startup, Zerone Microsystems Pvt. Ltd. He is the recipient of the APJ Abdul Kalam Award for innovation in governance. Dr Bhattacharya is a Member of the Expert Committee for Ease of Doing Business legislation of the Government of India. He is involved in Technology Policymaking for the Indian Army and has coined the term “Technological Sovereignty”. He has authored five books on e-Governance.
Dr Prabhakaran Paleri is a strategist, researcher, academic, and author with professional experience in Indian naval, customs and coast guard services, and a non-executive corporate director in public sector undertakings. He retired as the director-general of the Indian Coast Guard in August 2006, and thereafter continued as a research scholar and academician in India and abroad. Presently he is Emeritus Professor at the Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Gujarat. He has been inducted into the Hall of Fame—National Defense University, Washington, D.C., USA.
