Dr Prabhakaran Paleri
About
Dr Prabhakaran Paleri is a strategist, researcher, academic, and author with professional experience in Indian naval, customs and coast guard services, and a non-executive corporate director in public sector undertakings. He retired as the director-general of the Indian Coast Guard in August 2006, and thereafter continued as a research scholar and academician in India and abroad. Presently he is Emeritus Professor at the Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Lavad, Gujarat.

A veteran of 1962 India- China war and 1965 India-Pakistan war He was the first Defense Advisor in Indian Embassies in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. He was Commander of United Nation's Military Observers Group in IRAQ and IRAN. He is President of Akhil Bharatiya Purva Sainik Seva Parishad and Vice President of Forum For Integrated National Security (FINS).

RADM Shrikhande graduated from the NDA. His qualifications include Masters from the Soviet Naval War College, St Petersburg (1985-88) in ASW and Weapon Engineering; Msc From Staff College(1995), MPhil from the Indian Naval War College and highest distinction from the US Naval War College( 2003). He commanded three ships and been defence attaché in Australia and to other South Pacific nations. Ashore he has been commander War Room at NHQ, headed the IN’s Tactical Evaluation Group and was a founding member as a captain of the IN’s Strategy and Operations Council. In flag rank he has been head of Naval Intelligence; Chief of Staff of SNC; Joint HQ staff duties and in the nuclear forces command and Flag Officer Doctrines and Concepts.
Late Dr B. B. Singh

Dr B.B.Singh holds a first-class Master's degree in Physics and Ph. D. in the field of radiation biology from the University of London. His research work relates to free radical biology and oxidative stress on radiation exposures. His cancer-related research covers an additional arm in radiotherapy of cancer radiosensitising drugs and HYPERTHERMIA. AS A LAWYER he is practising in Bombay High Court since February 1998. He has played an important role in the formulation of national policy/Laws relating to intellectual property rights (Patent Act 2005 AND Biological Diversity Act 2002) and has been actively involved in formulating India's nuclear legislation i.e. Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act 2010 and Indo-US 123 Agreement.

Dr. Shrikant Paranjpe is adjunct professor in Department,after serving 30 years, he retired as Professor fromthe Department ofDefense and Strategic Studies, SPPU, Pune India,.He was a Fulbright Fellow (Post-Doctoral, Research) at the George Washington University, Washington D.C. in 1984-85, a Visiting Professor at Colorado College, Colorado Springs. His area of specialization includes International Relation; Strategic Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, International Political Communication, Indian Strategic Thought. He has authored several books include India and South Asia since 1971 (New Delhi: Radiant, 1985); US Non-proliferation Policy in Action: South Asia (New Delhi: Sterling, 1987)

Dr Bala Bhaskaran is a graduate of IIT Madras and IIM Ahmedabad. Dr Bhaskaran is a senior visiting faculty with Entrepreneur Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad. He evolved the Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) model, which is widely being implemented as EDI-EPP model at national and international level. Lieutenant General Vinod Bhatia, PVSM, AVSM, SM, (Retd.) superannuated after 40 years of distinguished service in the Army as the Director General Military Operations (DGMO), one of the most important functionaries of the Army. As the DGMO, he was directly responsible for talks with his counterpart in Pakistan to ensure sustained ceasefire, a first of its kind and was much appreciated by the National Polity.

Lt Gen Sanjay Kulkarni was commissioned in 4 KUMAON in 1977. For leading his platoon to unfurl the National Flag on Bilafondla he was decorated with Shaurya Chakra. He served later as Chief of Staff 14 Corps and retired as DG Infantry. He is presently Consultant to OFB.
