About Speaker

Shri Sudhakar Kasturex is a leading consultant in International Trade, since last 40 plus years. He is a consultant and advisor to many National & Multinational Corporations, Public limited and private limited companies. He is a Director of Helpline Impex Pvt. Ltd. and a Partner in Generation Next Business Consulting.


He is a Mentor at EXIM Institute, which was founded by him to impart vocational training in the field of International Trade. The institute has imparted education to more than 5000 students for two decades. He is a well-known speaker on topics related to International Trade, such as Foreign Trade Policy, Import/ Export documentation, Free Trade agreements, WTO Agreements, Trade Facilitation Agreement, Authorized Economic Operator, and Special Economic Zones etc.

He has conducted research on ‘Labour laws in SEZs / EPZs in India and abroad’ on behalf of the World Trade Centre, Mumbai. He has authored a ‘Handbook on Foreign Trade Policy (2004-2009)’ on behalf of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was appointed as an expert on the task force for the “Exports Transaction Cost Reduction Project” by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, in Dec. 2009. He has also authored a research-based Book titled ‘Exporting Chemicals’, which offers a comprehensive understanding of chemical export.
